Our Story
“Fuji Biyori” in Japanese means a perfect day for going to Mount Fuji. As we all know, Mount Fuji can only see the perfect view of the mountain when the weather is clear, so we named it Fuji Biyori. We hope that every dining experience of customers in our restaurant will be like when the weather is sunny as beautiful as Mount Fuji. Opened in May 2023, Fuji Biyori Teppanyaki Restaurant has been delighting guests in Helsinki with exceptional Japanese cuisine and an unforgettable dining experience. We focus on authenticity, using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients prepared in an elegant teppanyaki style to showcase the very best of our craft.
